Final loot post for the month just before it ends tonight. Just one single item this time, the “double happy” prize from the Shana lottery game campaign that Taito Kuji ran last year.

As already explained from my previous post on the Shana Taito Kuji prizes, double happy prizes from these lottery games are won by submitting in the unique codes written on the tickets via mobile phones in Japan for a chance to be selected as the winner (like second chance prize draws). They are quite rare in that only about 50-100 of these are produced for the campaign and can end up being worth quite a lot if put on the second hand market, particularly if the prize is a scale figure where it can be listed as high as 88,000 yen (such as the case for this double happy prize from Magica Madoka) .
For this prize from the Shana lottery campaign, the item was a super big wallscroll featuring Shana & Yoshida in Chinese waitress costumes measuring approximately 145cm and limited to only 100 made. I got it off Yahoo Japan Auctions for 10,000 yen, which is probably still expensive I guess, but nowhere near as bad as the 35,000-40,000 yen price I used to see it listed for when a few of them first popped up.
A letter of congratulations from Taito Kuji Honpo was included with the wallscroll.
Hung up the wallscroll solely for photo purposes in this post before I took it down, since there isn’t any large enough wallspace in my room to display it at the moment.
So after acquiring this, I actually now have every single prize items there was from Taito Kuji’s lottery prize game for their Shana III promotional campaign lol. Actually wonder if anyone in Japan also managed to get all the prizes like me…well if they did, they would’ve at least gotten them all for a far cheaper total cost than I got it for.
