Packaging shot for the 1st volume limited edition DVD/BD release of Ano Hana have been put up. I’m hoping that I’ll get the Ano Hana Shop photo album bonus item from the manufacturers as that was very limited and sold out on pre-order. I had put in my pre-order over at Animate’s online shop about a few weeks ago before the sold out sign had been put up so fingers crossed!
*Note that the bonus photo album item was listed as a separate special manufacturer’s bonus and is not part of the main package below.

Sorry but neither the DVD or BD editions of Ano Hana contains any English subtitles. This is the original Japanese release.
